Cindy completed a decorated career with the Falcons in 1997, one that saw her participate with her team in four NCAA Division III Tournaments. She was a part of the 1994 Final Four team and the 1995 National Finalist team, and she was also named NCAA All-Tournament Team in 1995.

Cindy was named NFHCA First Team All-American in 1994, 1995, and 1996, and was the Conference Player of the Year in 1994 and 1996. She was also the Conference Rookie of the Year in 1993.

Upon induction Cindy is fifth all-time in program history in goals scored (71) and tied for fifth all-time in career points (178). She also is third all-time with 23 career game-winning goals.
