A skilled and dynamic midfielder, Kai Kasiguran was a four-time NCAA All-American in 2004, '05, '06, and '07 who impacted the game on both sides of the ball with his high work-rate and technical abilities. During his senior season, Kasiguran was named the Division III National Player of the Year in 2007.
 
Kasiguran was a key member of three National Championship teams in 2004, '05, and '06 and was named the MAC Commonwealth Player of the Year during his last three seasons with the Falcons (2005, '06, and '07). With a flair for the dramatic, he scored a total of 37 goals and assisted on 23 others during his career with a total of 14 game-winning goals.
