Lauren (Rees) Bond was an incredible competitor and leader in her four years on the court at Messiah. A four-year All-Conference Honoree, Bond was named on the First-Team All-Conference for her final three seasons, while being named to the second team in her freshman season. Bond also received AVCA All-Region honors in 2011 (Honorable Mention) and in 2012 (First Team). She also earned AVCA All-American Honorable Mention honors in 2012.

Bond also has made her mark on the history of Messiah women's volleyball. She helped lead the Falcons to four-straight conference tournaments and to two Conference Championship games in 2011 and 2012, which were the first Conference Championship appearances in program history since 1987. Bond also is featured all over the women's volleyball record book, finishing her career first in total attacks (4018), second in kills (1418), third in kills per set (3.47), fifth in service aces (158), seventh in digs (1235), and 10th in digs per set (3.06).
