Grantham, PA - Fans attending the Messiah men's and women's basketball games at Alvernia University on Tuesday, February 14, are encouraged to partner with the Alvernia University Public Relations class as they promote "Hats Off For Cancer."
During the game, the class will be collecting hats for children who have lose their hair from battling cancer. Fans in attendance are encouraged to bring a new child-sized hat to be collected through a "hat toss" at half time!
The men play at Alvernia University at 6:00 p.m., with the women to follow at 8:00 p.m.
Those who donate a new hat will be entered for a raffle, with prizes including gift cards to popular vendors.
Be sure to get a hat and help bring joy to a child who is battling cancer!
