Bethlehem, PA – Tiffany Burrows sprinted into a Messiah Top 10 list and the Falcons showed great depth at the Moravian Greyhound Invitational this weekend. Burrows finished the 400 meter dash with a time of 59.01 seconds, good for No. 8 all-time. This was all part of a great day for Burrows, as she also finished 12th in the 200 meter dash with a time of 26.78.

As if Burrows day wasn't impressive enough, she anchored the Falcons' 4x100 relay, helping them finish with a season-best time of 51.00 seconds. Katilyn Hostetler, Kristen Frawley, and Rachel Bowser were also apart of the effort.

The standout day for Burrows stands out, but Messiah was also strong across a number of other events. Bowser (1:00.07) and Emily Senning (1:01.53) took 12th and 18th in the 400, respectively, and Frawley was 24th in the 100 meter hurdles with a time of 16.60.

In the field, Rachel Robison took sixth in the pole vault with a leap of 10'00," and Alyssa Mills had a great throw in the javelin, hitting 31.57 meters (103'7"). Marie Johnson was also the top Division III finisher—and third overall—in the triple jump with a leap of 11.06 meters (36'3.5").

The Falcons will return to action next week at the Penn Relays. Competition will start on Tuesday and continue to the weekend.
