Alyssa McMinn and Alecia Rohrer both continued their very successful freshman campaigns, both setting their own personal bests. Larry Ellis Invitational
Jared Schatz stole the show with his 11th place finish in the 3,000 meter steeple chase with a time of 9:09.91. Though he was just shy of a second off of his personal best time (and school record), his time ranks him fourth in all of NCAA Division III in the event, all but punching his ticket to nationals in the end of May.

The Falcons had two other finishes in the top ten with Christian Pavlovich (186') placing eighth and Matthew Miller (185' 5") placing tenth in the men's javelin. Rounding out the men were Nathaniel Pardoe's 1:55.96 finish in the 800 meter run, Cameron Shirk's season best time of 3:58.10 in the 1,500 meter run, and Christopher Scheib's 3:59 finish in the 1,500 meter run. None of those times set personal bests, but each were off by only about a second.

Emily Senning was the only woman to compete this evening, but she made it memorable with her 2:16.25 finish in the 800 meter run. That time was good for a new career best in the event, beating her previous best of 2:16.54 which she ran at the Danny Curran Invitational earlier this month.

The Falcons will compete next weekend at the prestigious Penn Relays and the Paul Kaiser Classic
