Annville, Pa- The Messiah men's and women's indoor track and field team traveled to Lebanon Valley earlier today for the Dutchmen Invite. The Falcons had strong performances all around with
Rebecca Querfeld finishing in first place on the women's side with 2,667 total points and
Aaron Gray set a new overall PR taking first on the men's side with 4,125 total points.

Aaron Gray's performance was most notable as he also set a PR in the 55-meter dash with a time of 7.02 seconds, the shot put (10.78m), and the 55-meter hurdles with a time of 8.47 seconds. Querfeld finished first in the 55-meter hurdles with a time of 9.79 seconds and finished first in the shot put with a mark of 11.34 meters.

Donnell McNair finished in second place collecting a total of 4,110 points. He ran very well in the 1000 meters finishing with a time of 2:50.91.
Dane Cornelius finished in third place with a total of 4,065 points.

On the women's side
Taylor Wiederrecht finished in second place collecting 2,360 points and had a strong performance in the 800 meters running a 2:43.37.
Brooke Maneval finished third with 2,348 points. She led the way in the high jump (1.48m) and the long jump (4.57m).

The Falcons are back in action tomorrow when they travel to Susquehanna University for the Orange and Maroon Classic.
