Meet Resutls
Selinsgrove, PA – Messiah men's and women's track and field traveled north to compete at the Susquehanna University Open tonight. The Falcons are just three weeks away from the MAC Indoor Championships, and they continue to refine their times and marks in preparation for the conference finale.
"This was a great event to be apart of," said Messiah head coach
Dale Fogelsanger. "We're getting better each day."
A number of personal records highlighted the Falcons' evening, including
Donnell McNair's 6'2" leap in the high jump for a fifth place finish.
Alyssa McMinn also earned a PR in the weight throw with a toss of 42'0.5" to finish ninth overall.
Benjamin Schott also broke the nine-minute mark in the 3000 meter run with a time of 8:56.65. His fifth-place finish mirrored that of
Rachel Aukamp (11:49.60) in the women's race, with teammate
Elizabeth Lelonek landing one spot ahead in fourth place with a time of 11:45.62.

Men's notable performances included:
- Donnell McNair finished fifth in the long jump with a measure of 20'7"
- Josh Pardoe finished second in the mile run with a time of 4:27.59, and Tyler McFeaters finished fourth 4:34.12
- Nate Pardoe (1:59.39), Alex Scheib (1:59.74), and Matthew Royer (2:00.87) finished second, third, and fourth, respectively, in the 800 meter run
- Jeremy White finished fourth in the 200 meter dash with a time of 23.74, and Braden Miller finished eighth with a time of 24.03
- Jeremy White also finished fourth in the 400 meter dash with a time of 52.14
