Men's Swim Takes Three Wins in Chester

CHESTER, PA. - The Messiah men's swim team had a good showing this afternoon when they swam in a quad meet against Widener, King's and Hood. Messiah walked away with three wins beating Widener 113-83, King's 154-30 and Hood 135-63. The Falcons got multiple wins on the day including PJ Cronauer who won the 200 and 500 Free.

The Falcons will host Arcadia next Saturday, November 5 at 1:00 PM in Grantham, Pa.  

Action
The meet started out well with a 200 Medley Relay win with the team of Barley, McCabe, Wilkinson and Lukens clocking in with a time of 1:38.38. PJ Cronauer got the Falcons another win in the 200 Free when he timed in at 1:48.46. Isaac McCabe picked up a win in the 400 IM with a time of 4:28.70 before Avery Barley got the Falcons another win in the 200 Back with a time of 2:05.49. Cronauer wasn't done, finishing first in the 500 Free with a time of 4:57.59.

The Falcons picked up multiple second place efforts as well starting with Dylan Yellets who got second place in the 1000 Free. Mark Lukens got second in the 50 Free in addition to the 100 Free. Sage Sobek finished second behind teammate Cronauer in the 500 Free while Isaac McCabe got second in the 200 Breaststroke. Also, the team of Sobek, Book, Yellets and Cronauer finished second in the 200 Free Relay to cap off the day for the Falcons.

The Falcons will host Arcadia University on Saturday, November 5, at 1:00 PM in Grantham, Pa. That meet will be held in Fredricksen Natatorium.
