ANNVILLE, Pa. – The Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) has announced its conference weekly award recipients for the week ending on September 11, 2022. Logan Horst of Messiah's men's cross country squad was recognized as one of the MAC's 21 weekly award recipients for his efforts.

MAC Men's Runner of the Week

Horst finished second overall in a field of 238 runners at the LVC Invite on Saturday, posting an 8,000-meter time of 25:30.4. The Falcons' top runner led the group to a second-place team finish out of 22 squads in a fantastic performance.

Last season, Horst helped Messiah's team win its fourth MAC Championship in program history, and with a pair of second-overall finishes in the early going of the 2022 campaign, the senior is primed for another dominant showing.
