YORK, Pa. – On Friday evening, the Messiah University men's swimming team finished in sixth in day one of the Spartan Splash Invitational. The Falcons totaled 121 points in day one and are only nine points behind Elizabethtown for fifth place.
Up next, the Falcons compete in day two of the Spartan Splash Invitational on Saturday, Nov. 21. Preliminary races start at 11:00 a.m. with finals races starting at 6:00 p.m.
The Falcons opened the invitational with a sixth-place finish in the 200 free relay. The team of

John Bajwa,
Evan Lamison, and
Nathan Book finished in sixth with a time of 1:31.79.
In the next event, the Falcons totaled tow top ten finishes.
Logan Radell touched the wall sixth with a time of 5:04.22 and
Austin Turner finished in 10th with a time of 5:03.42.
The Falcons tallied their first medal of the day in the 200 IM.
Joseph Duquette earned the bronze with a time of 2:03.29.
