YORK, Pa. – On Sunday evening, the Messiah University men's swimming team earned sixth place in the Spartan Splash Invitational. The Falcons finished the three-day invitational with 391 total points.
Up next, the Falcons compete in the two-day Gettysburg Invitational on Dec. 5-6.
How It Happened
The Falcons opened the final day of the Spartan Splash Invitational with two top 10 finishes in the 1650 free.
Austin Turner finished in fifth with a time of 17:35.84 and
Logan Radell came in ninth with a time of 18:05.67.
In the next event,
Joseph Duquette earned the silver in the 200 back with a time of 1:53.49.
John Bajwa added a 10th place finish in the 100 free with a time of 50.45.
In the next event,
Nathan Book finished in fifth in the 200 breast with a time of 2:16.89.
The Falcons finished the invitational with a fifth-place finish in the 400 free relay. The team of
