GRANTHAM, Pa. – On Tuesday, Dec. 2, Messiah Athletics participated in Giving Tuesday 2025. The 24-hour event raises funds to support our student-athletes, programs, and department as a whole. After an unbelievable showcase of generosity from Falcons' fans, families, friends, and student-athletes, Messiah had another successful giving effort with $161,165.81 donated from 677 donors!

Donations were made to individual programs such as AROMA and the Falcon Athletic Network (FAN) that helps enhance the student-athlete experience in many ways at Messiah. In total, 14 different programs raised at least $1000 on Giving Tuesday. Men's basketball, men's soccer, and women's soccer each raised over $10,000, with baseball reaching over $32,000 with 292 donations!

Tuesday's unbelievable display of generosity was the second largest giving in Messiah Athletics history! On Dec. 3, 2024, the Athletic Department raised $190,008 with 706 donors.

This year's Giving Tuesday marked the sixth-straight year that Messiah Athletics have participated in the nationally recognized day of giving. Starting in 2020, Messiah has grown each year into making Giving Tuesday a department-wide celebration in what makes Messiah Athletics a special place for Division III athletics. Over the last six years, Messiah Athletics has raised $716,215.81 from 2,693 donors on Giving Tuesdays.
