GRANTHAM, Pa. -  On Tuesday, August 4th, AROMA (A Revolutional of Missional Athletes), will be sending out two international mixed trips. A group of student athletes and staff will head to Zambia to serve alongside Project 1151/MSLP. AROMA has been working with Project 1151 and the Macha Sport and Learning Program (MSLP) for almost a decade and this will be AROMA's ninth trip to Zambia. MSLP was started by Messiah alum, Eric Thuma ('00). His family has hosted the team and been intimately involved alongside their Zambian staff in years past. While their family has since returned to the US and turned the ministry over to the Zambian staff, the Thuma family will be joining our AROMA team and going back to Zambia for the duration of the trip. This is definitely a highlight!

The second group of students and staff will be heading to England. This team will be partnering with Sports Friends, a sports ministry arm of SIM. This will be AROMA's first trip to England, however we have served with Sports Friends in other countries, including Thailand this past May. AROMA is excited to send this team to England to see what God is doing in and through the Sports Friends ministry, as well as to be an encouragement.
