2014-15 Season - Senior
MAC Champion in 200 Freestyle Relay ... First Team All-MAC 200 Medley Relay.
2013-14 Season - Junior
Penwell was First Team All-Conference in the 400 Medley Relay, the 200 Freestyle Relay, and the 400 Freestyle Relay and was Second Team All-Conference in the 100 Butterfly.
2012-2013 Season - Sophomore
As a sophomore, Penwell earned Second Team MAC All-Conference in the 100 Butterfly as well as the 200 Freestyle Relay, the 400 Medley Relay, and the 200 Medley Relay. Laura also earned Second Team MAC All-Conference in the 800 Freestyle Relay.
She was also named CoSIDA Academic All-District.
2011-2012 Season - Freshman
Laura garnered Second Team MAC All-Conference in the 100 Butterfly, the 200 Freestyle Relay, the 400 Medley Relay, 200 Medley Relay, and the 800 Freestyle Relay.
Personal
Laura attended Warren Area High School in Clarendon, Pa. She is currently an Environmental and Mechanical Engineering major at Messiah. Her favorite TV shows are NCIS and NCIS: LA. If Laura could meet anyone in history she would like to either meet Benjamin Franklin or ALbert Einstein. Her hobbies include reading, camping, and eating. Her favorite foods are spaghetti and cucumbers, and her favorite ice cream is chocolate chip cookie dough.
