Zachary Joseph Schutte is a Nutrition Science major from Lititz, Pa. His hobbies include food experimentation, hanging out with his wife and dog, and exploring local food scenes. Zach's favorite ice cream flavor is Turkey Hill All-Natural Salted Caramel. On his iPod is 3lau, Bon Iver, and Dave Matthews Band. In the future he plans to move to Houston with his wife and take over the food industry.
