2019-20 Season – Senior
Competed in six meets for the Falcons… helped Messiah place first in the 4X400m relay at the Fastrack National Invite (3:54.23), the 2020 Frank Colden Invitational (4:01.14), the Coach I Open (4:02.61), and the Orange and Maroon Classic and Multi (4:12.38)… placed first in the 5000m (18:11.65) at the Golden Wolves Rust Buster… placed first in the mile (4:58.16) at the NYC DIII Invitational… earned MAC Player of the Week honors for the week ending Feb. 16… honored on Winter MAC All-Sportsmanship Team… earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors… earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors… outdoor season canceled due to COVID-19

2018-19 Season – Junior
Finished in second place in the 800m (2:21.43) and helped the Falcons finish in first place in the 4x400m relay (4:03.08) at the 2019 MAC Indoor Track and Field Championships...Ran in the program record-setting distance medley relay team at the Tufts National Qualifying Meet to qualify for the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 11:53.61...Finished in 11th place at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships in the distance medley relay (12:02.99)...Won the 400mH (1:03.80) and helped the Falcons finished in first in the 4x400m relay (3:52.96) at the 2019 MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships...Was an integral part of the first 4x400m relay team to qualify for the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships final in the Dale Fogelsanger era after helping the Falcons take seventh in the preliminaries with a program record time of 3:50.30.

2017-18 Season - Sophomore
Took first in the 800m (2:20.81) and helped Messiah earn second place in the 4x800m relay (9:55.90) at the 2018 MAC Indoor Track and Field Championships...Earned first place in the 800m (2:14.45), 400mH (1:03.17), and second in the 1,500m (4:36.86) while also helping the Falcons take first in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:56.68 at the 2018 MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships...Set a new program record in the 800m (2:10.97) at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier Meet to qualify for the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field National Championships...Finished in 10th place at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field National Championships in the 800m (2:11.35).

2016-17 Season - Freshman
Won the gold medal in the 800m (2:18.31) at the 2017 MAC Indoor Track and Field Championships...Helped Messiah win the distance medley relay with a time of 12:28.73 in the 2017 indoor conference championships...Finished in second place in both the 800m (2:16.21) and the 400mH (1:05.95) and helped the Falcons take first in the 4x400m relay (4:03.74) at the 2017 MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
