2022-23 Season - Senior
Participated in 15 competitions for the Falcons … set indoor personal best times in the 3000m (8:47.75) and Mile (4:25.64) … earned a silver medal at the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor T&F Championships as a member of the Falcons’ distance medley relay, running the opening 1200m leg … contributed to the Falcons’ 2nd place finish with a team time of 10:25.27 … also competed in the Mile at Indoor MACs, finishing in 9th place with a time of 4:26.29 … finished in 11th place in the 3000m at Indoor MACs with a time of 8:57.00 … set outdoor personal bests in the 5000m (15:17.29) and 1500m (4:00.53) as well as a season-best time in the 800m (2:00.48) … earned a bronze medal at the Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor T&F Championships, running the opening leg for the Falcons’ 4x800m team … split a time of 1:58.96 to contribute to a 3rd place finish in a time of 7:48.66 … additionally scored for the Falcons at Outdoor MACs in the 1500m, finishing in 8th place with a time of 4:00.53 … also competed in the 5000m, finishing with a time of 15:48.51 in 18th place.

2021-22 Season – Junior
Competed in 10 competitions for the Falcons … earned season-best times in the 3000m (8:54.51), 1-Mile (4:26.24), 1500m (4:05.54), and 800m (2:00.21) … competed in the 1500m (4:11.48) at the 2022 MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

2021 Season - Sophomore
Competed in four meets for the Falcons … earned a new personal-best time in the 5000m (15:36.99) at the MAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships … placed first in his heat in the 5000m at the DeSales University Invitational (Apr. 24).

2019-20 Season – Freshman
Competed in six meets for the Falcons. Qualified for the MAC Indoor Championships in the 5000m and 3000m. The 2020 Outdoor season was cancelled due to COVID-19.
