2024 Season - Grad Student
Competed in six races for the Falcons … set a season-best time of 25:53.9 in the 8k at the NCAA Division III Mid-Atlantic Regional XC Championships … achieved a top team finish of 3rd in two different competitions, the Aubrey Shenk Invitational and the Middle Atlantic Conference XC Championships … finished in 17th place at MACs, earning All-MAC Second Team honors as the 3rd Falcon with a time of 27:20.1 … also finished as the 4th Falcon at Regionals in 47th place overall.
2023 Season - Senior
Competed in seven races for the Falcons … ran a personal best time of 25:33.1 in the 8k at the Lock Haven University Invitational … earned a top team finish of 2nd in three different races … placed as the second Falcon at the Middle Atlantic Conference XC Championships, earning All-MAC Second Team honors … finished in 20th place overall with a time of 28:08.1 at MACs… finished as the fourth Falcon at the NCAA Division III Mid-Atlantic Regional XC Championships … crossed the line in 49th place overall with a time of 26:08.2.
2022 Season – Junior
Did not compete during the 2022 season due to illness.
2021 Season – Sophomore
Competed in eight events for the Falcons … earned a season-best 8K time of 26:49.8 at the Mike Woods Invitational … competed in the MAC Championships (8K), contributing a time of 27:04.0 … competed in the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals (8K), earning a time of 27:23.4.
2020 Season – Freshman
