2023-2024 Season - Senior
Participated in nine competitions for the Falcons … set an indoor personal best time in the Mile (4:20.81) as well as season-best times in the 5000m (15:31.56) and 3000m (8:54.49) … earned a placement of 10th in the Mile on the All-Time Indoor Top Ten list … earned a silver medal at the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor T&F Championships in the Mile, running a time of 4:20.81 to place 2nd … finished in 8th place in the 5000m at Indoor MACs with a time of 15:31.56 … also raced in the 3000m at Indoor MACs, finishing with a time of 9:08.26 to place 13th … ran an outdoor season best time in the 5000m (15:33.82) … competed at the Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor T&F Championships in the 5000m, finishing in 19th place with a time of 15:36.16. 

2022-2023 Season - Junior
Participated in 10 competitions for the Falcons after returning to competition from illness … set indoor season-best times in the 5000m (15:56.78) and 3000m (8:58.41) … achieved both times at the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor T&F Championships, earning a 17th place finish in the 5000m and a 13th place finish in the 3000m … set an outdoor personal best time in the 5000m (15:06.78) and season-best outdoor times in the 10,000m (31:53.16) and 1500m (4:10.36) … earned a placement on the All-Time Messiah Outdoor Top Ten List in the 5000m in 9th place … finished in 7th place in the 10,000m at the Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor T&F Championships with a time of 31:53.16 … placed 10th in the 5000m with a time of 15:28.53.

2021-2022 Season – Sophomore
Competed in 10 competitions for the Falcons … earned college-best times in the 1-Mile (4:27.77), 3000m (8:47.02), 10,000m (31:33.42), 5000m (15:17.97), and 1500m (4:09.34) … earned gold medals in the 5000m (15:46.56) and the 10000m (31:49.05) at the MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

2021 Season – Freshman
Competed in six meets for the Falcons … earned personal-best marks in the 5000m (15:27.10) and the 10000m (32:44.48) at the MAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
