Messiah University Club Field Hockey is a co-ed club sport that seeks to worship and glorify the Lord on and off the field as a team. We look to cultivate an environment of respect, hard work and fun for all who choose to play.

- Practice days and times vary per semester, email us if you would like more information on practices.
- Tryouts are typically within the first few weeks of school. Whoever currently coaches and captains the team determines who makes the team.
- Games are typically Sunday afternoons, but vary per semester. We play a variety of schools, both home and away. Please email us for more information.
- We typically go to Virginia Beach for a tournament the weekend before Thanksgiving in November and we occasionally go to the VA Beach tournament in the spring season as well.
- Expectations:
- Players commit to coming to practices and games
- Players are to be encouraging and respectful of each other
- Players are to take care of their bodies and be able to endure hard physical activity
- Most importantly, players are to reflect Christian values and remember that they play field hockey with the Lord’s name on their chests
