Competed in six races for the Falcons … set a personal best time of 25:35.1 in the 8k at the NCAA Division III Mid-Atlantic Regional XC Championships … achieved a top team finish of 2nd in four different competitions … raced for the Falcons at the 2024 Middle Atlantic Conference XC Championships … finished with All-MAC First Team honors in 6th overall as the 2nd Falcon with a time of 26:37.9 … also finished as the 2nd Falcon at Regionals in 37th place overall.

2023 Season - Sophomore
Competed in seven races for the Falcons … ran a personal best time of 25:43.8 in the 8k at the Lock Haven University Invitational … earned a top team finish of 2nd in three different competitions … finished as the seventh Falcon at the Middle Atlantic Conference XC Championships, crossing the line in 45th place overall with a time of 29:11.5 … finished as the second Falcon at the NCAA Division III Mid-Atlantic Regional XC Championships … placed 40th overall with a time of 25:53.5.

2022 Season – First Year
Competed in six races for the Falcons … achieved a personal best time of 27:05.1 in the 8k at the Middle Atlantic Conference XC Championships to finish in 36th place overall … qualified to represent the Falcons at the Division III Mid-Atlantic Region XC Championships, contributing a time of 27:25.4 for a 75th place finish … seventh Messiah finisher at both Conference and Regional meets … MAC Honor Roll
