Competed in six races for the Falcons … set a personal best time of 26:57.8 in the 8k at the Aubrey Shenk Invitational hosted by Gettysburg College … achieved a top team finish of 8th in two different competitions, the Salisbury University Fall Classic and the Messiah XC Invitational … raced for the Falcons at the Middle Atlantic Conference XC Championships, finishing in 64th place as the 9th Falcon with a time of 28:55.7

2023 Season - Junior
Competed in six races for the Falcons … achieved a personal best time of 27:41.3 in the 8k at the Lock Haven University Invitational … earned a top team finish of 11th at the Misericordia Cougar Classic and the Lock Haven University Invitational … raced for the Falcons at the Middle Atlantic Conference XC Championships … finished as the twelfth Falcon with a time of 31:01.0 to finish in 88th place overall.

2022 Season – Sophomore
Competed in six races for the Falcons … achieved a personal best time of 27:48.2 in the 8k at the Lock Haven University XC Invitational … ran a time of 27:52.9 at the Middle Atlantic Conference XC Championships to finish in 59th overall and tenth for the Falcons.

2021 Season – First Year
Competed in six events for the Falcons … earned a season-best 8K time of 29:00.3 at the DeSales University Invitational.
