Competed in five races for the Falcons … set a personal best time of 27:48.2 in the 8k at the Aubrey Shenk Invitational hosted by Gettysburg College … achieved a top team finish of 10th at the Messiah XC Invitational with a time of 29:56.9… set a personal best time of 16:30 on the track over the 5000m distance during a team time trial.

2023 Season - Junior
Competed in five races for the Falcons … set a personal best time of 28:17.1 in the 8k at the Lock Haven University Invitational … earned a top team finish of 12th at the Misericordia Cougar Classic with a time of 30:04.5 … set a personal best of 16:49 over the 5000m distance during a team time trial on the track … named the Falcons’ team alternate for the Middle Atlantic Conference XC Championships.
