Competed in seven races for the Falcons … set a personal best time of 26:28.1 in the 8k at the Aubrey Shenk Invitational hosted by Gettysburg College … achieved a top team finish of 5th in two different competitions, the DeSales University Cross Country Invitational and the Aubrey Shenk Invitational … raced for the Falcons at the Middle Atlantic Conference XC Championships, finishing in 37th place with a time of 27:59.9 as the 7th Falcon … also competed for the Falcons at the NCAA Division III Mid-Atlantic Regional XC Championships, finishing in 88th place overall and as the 6th Falcon with a time of 26:36.3.

2023 Season - Sophomore
Competed in six races for the Falcons … ran a personal best time of 27:31.8 in the 8k at the Connecticut College XC Invitational … earned a top team finish of 9th at the Dickinson Pre-Nationals Invitational, finishing with a time of 28:48.5 … raced for the Falcons at the Middle Atlantic Conference XC Championships … finished as the tenth Falcon in 61st place overall with a time of 29:56.6.

2022 Season – First Year
Competed in six races for the Falcons … ran a personal best time of 27:33.1 in the 8k in the Paul Short Run at Lehigh University … finished with a time of 27:43.6 for the Falcons at the Middle Atlantic Conference XC Championships … crossed the line in 55th place overall and ninth for the Falcons … MAC Honor Roll
