2023 Season - Sophomore
Competed in seven races for the Falcons … achieved a personal best time of 26:30.3 in the 8k at the Lock Haven University Invitational … earned a top team finish of 3rd at the Misericordia Cougar Classic with a time of 28:09.5 … finished as the ninth Falcon at the Middle Atlantic Conference XC Championships … ran a time of 29:31.6 to place 53rd overall … finished as the sixth Falcon at the NCAA Division III Mid-Atlantic Regional XC Championships … placed 87th overall with a time of 26:41.7.
