Competed in four races for the Falcons … set a season-best time of 27:35.4 in the 8k at the Aubrey Shenk Invitational hosted by Gettysburg College … achieved a top team finish of 10th at the Salisbury University Fall Classic with a time of 28:28.3.
2023 Season - Sophomore
Competed in six races for the Falcons … achieved a personal best time of 26:50.9 in the 8k at the Lock Haven University Invitational … earned a top team finish of 6th at the Middle Atlantic Conference XC Championships … finished in 41st place overall with a time of 29:00.7 at MACs … named the Falcons’ alternate for the NCAA Division III Mid-Atlantic Regional XC Championships.
2022 Season – First Year
Competed in five races for the Falcons … earned a personal best time of 27:16.1 in the 8k at the Middle Atlantic Conference XC Championships … finished 40th overall and eighth on the team with this performance … named the Falcons’ team alternate for the Division III Mid-Atlantic Region XC Championships …
