2024-25 Season - Senior
Participated in 12 competitions for the Falcons … set an indoor personal best time in the 400m (53.64) … earned a gold medal at Indoor MACs as a member of the Falcons’ Distance Medley Relay … ran the 400m leg in the DMR to contribute to a team time of 10:16.46, the No. 4 time in program history … set an outdoor personal best time in the 400mH (57.21) in the preliminary round of Outdoor MACs … finished in eighth place in the final with a time of 57.55
2023-2024 Season - Junior
Participated in 10 competitions for the Falcons … set indoor personal best times in the 800m (2:03.91) and 400m (54.06) … finished in 4th place as a part of the Falcons’ distance medley relay at the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor T&F Championships … ran the 400m leg for the Falcons to contribute to a team time of 10:22.64, the 4th fastest in program history … also finished in 8th place as a part of the Falcons’ 4x400m relay at Indoor MACs, splitting a time of 53.75 out of blocks on the first leg to contribute to a team time of 3:37.94 … set an outdoor personal best time in the 400m hurdles (58.36) … raced in the 400m hurdles at the Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor T&F Championships, finishing in 17th place with a time of 59.28.
2022-2023 Season - Sophomore
Participated in 12 competitions for the Falcons … set indoor personal bests in the 800m (2:04.48) and 400m (55.03) … earned a silver medal at the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor T&F Championships by running the 400m leg on the Falcons’ distance medley relay team … split a time of 53.5 to contribute to a 2nd place finish in a time of 10:25.27 … ran the third leg for the Falcons’ 4x400m relay team at Indoor MACs, helping the team to finish in 5th place with a time of 3:34.62 … set a personal best time in the 400mH (59.09) during the outdoor season … competed in the 400mH at the Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor T&F Championships, finishing in 16th in the preliminary round with a time of 59.19.
