2022-23 Season - Senior
Participated in 14 competitions for the Falcons … set indoor personal bests in the 5000m (15:07.98), 3000m (8:36.23) and Mile (4:18.56) … earned three placements on the All-Time Messiah Indoor Top Ten List, placing 6th in the 5000m, 3rd in the 3000m, and 5th in the Mile … raced in all three events for the Falcons at the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor T&F Championships, with a top finish of 4th place in the 5000m in a time of 15:07.98 … also finished in 5th place in the Mile with a time of 4:20.87 and 9th in the 3000m with a time of 8:52.82 … set an outdoor personal best in the 1500m (3:56.54) as well as season-best times in the 10,000m (31:53.58) and 5000m (15:40.49) … earned a placement of 7th in the 1500m on the All-Time Messiah Outdoor Top Ten List … earned a 5th place finish in the 1500m at the Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor T&F Championships with a time of 3:57.74 … also scored in the 10,000m with an 8th place finish in a time of 31:53.58 … competed in the 5000m, finishing in 14th place with a time of 15:40.49.

2021-22 Season – Junior
Competed in 13 competitions for the Falcons … earned personal-best times in the 3000m (8:43.74), 1-Mile (4:22.82), 10,000m (31:30.70), 1500m (4:00.99), and 5000m (15:14.47) … earned a silver medal in the 10,000m (31:50.35) and a bronze medal in the 1500m (4:04.57) at the MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

2021 Season – Sophomore
Competed in five meets for the Falcons … competed in the MAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, earning personal-best times in the 5000m (15:33.27) and 10000m (32:49.53).

2019-20 Season – Freshman
Competed in eight meets for the Falcons. Qualified for the MAC Indoor Championships in the 3000m. Finished fifth in the 3000m (9:32.12) at the Kutztown Last Chance Qualifier. The 2020 Outdoor season was cancelled due to COVID-19.
