Participated in eight competitions for the Falcons … set indoor personal record times in the 3000m (9:45.20) and Mile (4:55.44) … set outdoor season best times in the 5000m (17:08.01) and 3000m steeplechase (10:31.18) … participated in the 3000m steeplechase at Outdoor MACs, finishing in 18th place with a time of 10:45.22.
2023-24 Season - Junior
Participated in nine competitions for the Falcons … set indoor personal best times in the 5000m (17:20.73) and 3000m (9:53.86) … set outdoor personal best times in the 5000m (17:03.52) and 3000m steeplechase (10:21.11) … represented the Falcons in the 3000m steeplechase at the Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor T&F Championships, finishing in 14th place with a time of 10:21.11 … broke 5 minutes in the Mile for the first time at the Springer Mile, running a time of 4:51.
