2023-24 Season - Senior
Participated in 14 competitions for the Falcons … set indoor personal best times in the 5000m (16:19.80), 3000m (9:13.61), and Mile (4:40.98) … finished in 18th place in the 5000m at the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor T&F Championships with a personal best time of 16:19.80 … also finished in 19th place in the 3000m at Indoor MACs with a personal best time of 9:13.61 … set outdoor personal best times in the 10000m (33:27.66), 5000m (16:00.16), 3000m steeplechase (10:21.22), 1500m (4:25.67), and 800m (2:09.97) … raced through injury at the Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor T&F Championships, finishing in 21st place with a time of 11:15.63 in the 3000m steeplechase.

2022-23 Season - Junior 
Participated in 12 competitions for the Falcons … set indoor personal best times in the 5000m (16:37.33), 3000m (9:43.04) and Mile (5:00.16) … set outdoor personal bests in the 10,000m (34:16.09) and 3000m steeplechase (10:26.12) as well as season-best times in the 5000m (16:39.83) and 1500m (4:32.96) … earned a top finish in the 3000m steeplechase at the Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor T&F Championships, finishing in 13th with a time of 10:26.12 … also competed in the 10,000m, finishing in 29th place with a time of 34:38.18.

2021-22 Season – Sophomore
Competed in 12 competitions for the Falcons … earned college-best times in the 5000m (16:57.67), 3000m (9:47.03), 800m (2:10.64), 1500m (4:29.22), 3000m steeplechase (10:31.14), and 10,000m (34:25.93).

2021 Season – Freshman
Competed in five meets for the Falcons … competed in the 10000m and the 3000m steeplechase at the MAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
