2023-2024 Season - Junior
Participated in 12 competitions for the Falcons … set an indoor personal best time in the 3000m (8:56.12) as well as season-best times in the 5000m (16:21.59) and Mile (4:36.69) … finished in 4th place as a part of the Falcons’ distance medley relay at the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor T&F Championships … ran the opening 1200m leg for the Falcons in a personal best time of 3:12 to contribute to a team time of 10:22.64, the 4th fastest in program history … placed 8th in the 3000m at Indoor MACs, crossing the line with a personal best time of 8:56.12 … set outdoor personal best times in the 10000m (32:43.01) and 5000m (15:32.49) as well as season-best times in the 3000m steeplechase (9:44.79) and 1500m (4:10.11) … won the 3000m steeplechase at the Messiah Invitational with a time of 9:58.54 … finished in 6th in the 3000m steeplechase at the Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor T&F Championships with a time of 9:44.79 … also placed 18th in the 5000m at Outdoor MACs with a personal best time of 15:32.49. 

2022-2023 Season - Sophomore 
Participated in 15 competitions for the Falcons … set indoor personal bests in the 5000m (15:47.05), 3000m (9:03.97), Mile (4:28.97), and 800m (2:00.11) … earned a bronze medal at the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor T&F Championships, running the first leg for the Falcons’ 4x800m relay team, contributing to a 3rd place finish with a time of 8:06.37 … also competed in the 5000m at Indoor MACs, finishing in 16th place with a time of 15:55.65 … set outdoor personal bests in the 5000m (15:32.84), 3000m steeplechase (9:37.00), 1500m (4:09.20), and 800m (1:59.32) … won the 3000m steeplechase at the 2023 Messiah Invitational with a time of 9:50.49 … earned a silver medal in the 3000m steeplechase at the Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor T&F Championships, placing 10th on the All-Time Messiah Outdoor Top Ten List with a time of 9:37.00 … raced in the 5000m for the Falcons the next day, finishing in 16th place with a time of 15:44.92.

2021-2022 Season – First-Year
Competed in 11 competitions for the Falcons … competed in both MAC Indoor Track and Field Championships and MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships … earned an impressive season-best time of 10:11.57 in the 3000 steeplechase at the MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
