Participated in 11 competitions for the Falcons … set indoor personal best times in the 5000m (16:36.62), 3000m (9:45.77), and Mile (4:50.91) … set outdoor personal best marks in the 5000m (16:05.76) and 3000m steeplechase (10:20.55) … competed at outdoor MACs in the 3000m steeplechase, finishing in 13th place with a time of 10:20.55.
2023-2024 Season - First Year
Participated in 10 competitions for the Falcons … set indoor personal best times in the 5000m (17:34.34) and 3000m (9:55.73) … set outdoor personal best times in the 5000m (17:12.16) and 3000m steeplechase (10:54.02) … broke 5 minutes for the first time in the Springer Mile with a time of 4:53.
