2024-25 Season - Junior
Participated in 11 competitions for the Falcons … set indoor personal record times in the 3000m (8:33.82) and Mile (4:14.37) as well as a season best time in the 5000m (15:08.35) … time in the 3000m stands as a school record … time in the Mile stands as No. 2 all-time in program history … earned a gold medal at Indoor MACs in the 3000m with a championship record time of 8:33.82 … finished with a silver medal at indoor MACs in the 5000m with a time of 15:08.35 … set outdoor personal record times in the 10000m (30:34.70) and 5000m (14:33.18) as well as season best times in the 1500m (3:59.37) and 800m (1:57.78) … times in the 10000m and 5000m stand as school records … finished in fouth place at Outdoor MACs in both the 10000m (31:57.52) and 5000m (14:58.33).

2023-2024 Season - Sophomore
Participated in five competitions for the Falcons… ran one race during the indoor season, finishing with a time of 15:21.85 in the 5000m at the Franklin & Marshall Diplomat Open … did not compete for the rest of the indoor season and part of the outdoor season due to injury … returned to competition at the Messiah Invitational, participating in four outdoor meets … ran outdoor season-best times in the 10000m (32:35.68) and 5000m (15:19.32) … finished in 12th place in both the 10000m and 5000m at the Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor T&F Championships, running respective times of 33:22.56 and 15:19.32.

2022-2023 Season - First Year
Participated in 16 competitions for the Falcons … set indoor personal best times in the 5000m (14:58.30), 3000m (8:33.94), and Mile (4:18.22) … set a school record in the 3000m and earned placements of 2nd in the 5000m and 3rd in the Mile on the All-Time Messiah Indoor Top Ten List … earned two silver medals at the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor T&F Championships in the 5000m and Mile, running respective times of 14:58.30 and 4:19.20 to claim 2nd place … earned a bronze medal in the 3000m at Indoor MACs, taking 3rd place with a time of 8:46.43 … named the MAC Indoor T&F Rookie of the Year, scoring 24 points at the Indoor MAC meet… set outdoor personal best times in the 10,000m (31:08.48), 5000m (14:42.05), 1500m (3:56.63), and 800m (1:57.74) … won the 5000m at the Messiah Invitational with a time of 14:59.52 … achieved three placements on the All-Time Messiah Outdoor Top Ten List, placing 2nd in the 10,000m, 3rd in the 5000m, and 8th in the 1500m … earned two silver medals at the Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor T&F Championships in the 10,000m and 1500m with respective times of 31:22.89 and 3:56.63 … finished 6th in the 5000m with a time of 15:21.14 … named the MAC Outdoor T&F Rookie of the Year, scoring 19 points at the Outdoor MAC meet.
