2023-2024 Season - Senior
Participated in 13 competitions for the Falcons … set indoor season-best times in the 5000m (15:18.20), 3000m (8:52.33), and Mile (4:20.53) … finished in 5th place in the Mile at the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor T&F Championships with a time of 4:22.64 … also finished in 6th place in the 5000m at Indoor MACs, crossing the line with a time of 15:28.73 … placed 12th in the 3000m Indoor MACs to cap off the meet with a time of 9:01.91 … set an outdoor personal best time in the 5000m (14:51.29), breaking 15 minutes for the first time … also set outdoor season best times in the 10000m (32:18.82) and 1500m (4:05.55) … earned two team points for the Falcons by finishing in 7th place in the 10000m at the Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor T&F Championships with a time of 31:18.82 …  also placed in 10th in the 5000m at Outdoor MACs with a time of 15:15.49.

2022-2023 Season - Junior
Participated in 13 competitions for the Falcons … set indoor personal bests in the 5000m (15:09.81), 3000m (8:43.49), and Mile (4:19.83) … achieved three placements on the All-Time Messiah Indoor Top Ten List, placing 7th in the 5000m, 7th in the 3000m, and 8th in the Mile … Competed in all three events at the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor T&F Championships …earned a top finish in 5th in the 5000m with a time of 15:09.81 … also finished in 11th place in the Mile with a time of 4:28.67 and crossed the line in 8th in the 3000m with a time of 8:50.50 … set outdoor personal best times in the 10,000m (31:38.63), 5000m (15:09.24), 1500m (3:57.05), and 800m (1:59.17) … achieved three placements on the All-Time Messiah Outdoor Top Ten List, placing 7th in the 10,000m, 9th in the 1500m, and 10th in the 5000m … Earned a bronze medal at the Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor T&F Championships by finishing in 3rd place in the 1500m with a time of 3:57.05 … also finished in 8th place in the 5000m with a time of 15:27.05 and 12th place in the 10,000m with a time of 32:27.79.

2021-2022 Season – Sophomore
Competed in 11 competitions for the Falcons … earned college-best times in the 3000m (8:48.21), 1-Mile (4:22.69), 10,000m (31:53.44), 5000m (15:17.16), and 1500m (4:08.09) … earned a bronze medal in the 5000m (15:29.68) at the MAC Indoor Track and Field Championships.

2021 Season – Freshman
Competed in six meets for the Falcons … earned a personal-best mark in the 5000m (15:42.26) at the MAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
