Participated in 14 competitions for the Falcons … set indoor personal best times in the 800m (2:03.72) and 400m (53.24) … finished in 5th place in the 4x800m relay at the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor T&F Championships … ran the first leg for the Falcons in a time of 2:04.18 to contribute to a team time of 8:12.92 … also finished in 8th place in the 4x400m relay at Indoor MACs … ran the third leg for the Falcons with a split of 56.52 to contribute to a team time of 3:37.94 … set an outdoor personal best time in the 800m (1:56.85) as well as a collegiate best time in the 400m (52.51) … earned a bronze medal at the Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor T&F Championships, running the opening leg for the Falcons’ 4x800m team … split a time of 1:59.28 to contribute to a 3rd place finish in a time of 7:46.40, the 4th fastest in program history … finished in 11th place in the preliminary round of the 800m at Outdoor MACs with a personal best time of 1:56.85 … also ran the third leg for the Falcons’ 4x400m, contributing to a team time of 3:35.40 to finish in 13th place.

2022-2023 Season - First Year
Participated in 11 competitions for the Falcons … set indoor personal best times in the 800m (2:08.23) and 400m (55.06) … competed at the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor T&F Championships as a member of the 4x200m relay team, running the anchor leg … finished in 15th place with a relay time of 1:39.61 … ran season-best times during the outdoor season in the 800m (2:05.76) and 400m (53.70) … set the Springer Mile Record with a finishing time of 4:41.6 over the Mile distance, breaking 5 minutes for the first time.
