Competed in five races for the Falcons … set a season-best time of 29:34.4 in the 6k at the Aubrey Shenk Invitational hosted by Gettysburg College … achieved a top team finish of 16th in both the DeSales University Cross Country Invitational and the Aubrey Shenk Invitational … set a personal best time of 22:41 on the track over the 5000m distance during a team time trial.
2023 Season - Sophomore
Competed in one race for the Falcons before being unable to compete due to injury … raced for the Falcons at the Galen Piper Cross Country Challenge … covered the 4k course in a personal best time of 21:28.6, earning a team finish of 18th.
2022 Season – First Year
Competed in three races for the Falcons … achieved a personal best time of 28:14.2 in the 6K at the Lock Haven University XC Invitational
