Competed in seven races for the Falcons … set a personal best time of 23:03.7 in the 6k at the NCAA Division III Mid-Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships … achieved a top team finish of 1st in three different competitions … raced for the Falcons at the Middle Atlantic Conference XC Championships … finished with All-MAC Second Team Honors in 14th overall as the 1st Falcon with a time of 24:06.6 … also finished as the top Falcon at Regionals in 58th place overall.
2023 Season - First Year
Competed in six races for the Falcons … ran a personal best time of 24:44.5 in the 6k at the Lock Haven University XC Invitational … earned a top team finish of 6th in three different competitions … finished as the sixth Falcon at the Middle Atlantic Conference XC Championships … placed 52nd overall with a time of 27:23.8.
