Competed in five races for the Falcons … set a personal best time of 27:23.2 in the 6k at the Aubrey Shenk Invitational hosted by Gettysburg College … achieved a top team finish of 11th in the same race … set a personal best time of 21:31 on the track over the 5000m distance during a team time trial.
2023 Season - First Year
Competed in five races for the Falcons … achieved a personal best time of 28:53.8 in the 6k at the Lock Haven University XC Invitational … earned a top team finish of 17th at the Lock Haven University XC Invitational.
