Competed in five races for the Falcons … set a season-best time of 27:53.0 in the 6k at the Aubrey Shenk Invitational hosted by Gettysburg College … achieved a top team finish of 12th in the same race … set a season-best time of 22:31 on the track over the 5000m distance during a team time trial.
2023 Season - Sophomore
Competed in one race for the Falcons after returning from injury … raced for the Falcons at the Connecticut College XC Invitational … completed the 6k course in a season-best time of 29:28.9, earning a team finish of 17th.
2022 Season – First Year
Competed in four races for the Falcons … achieved a personal best time of 27:03.6 in the 6k at the Lock Haven University XC Invitational … ran a season-best time of 22:31 in the 5000m distance during a team time trial on the track
