Competed in six races for the Falcons … set a season-best time of 25:35.1 in the 6k at the Aubrey Shenk Invitational hosted by Gettysburg College … achieved a top team finish of 5th in the same race … competed for the Falcons at the Middle Atlantic Conference XC Championships, finishing in 63rd place as the 8th Falcon with a time of 26:48.8.
2023 Season - First Year
Competed in seven races for the Falcons … set a personal best time of 24:46.9 in the 6k at the NCAA Division III Mid-Atlantic Regional XC Championships … earned a top team finish of 4th at the Middle Atlantic Conference XC Championships … finished in 51st place overall with a time of 27:21.3 at MACs … finished as the seventh Falcon at the NCAA Division III Mid-Atlantic Regional XC Championships … ran a personal best time of 24:46.9 to finish in 113th place overall.
