Competed in seven races for the Falcons … ran a personal best time of 23:16.3 in the 6k at the NCAA Division III Mid-Atlantic Regional XC Championships … earned a top team finish of 2nd at Regionals … competed for the Falcons at the Middle Atlantic Conference XC Championships … placed 58th overall as the second Falcon at the NCAA Division III Mid-Atlantic Regional XC Championships with a personal best time of 23:16.3.
2022 Season – Senior
Competed in six races for the Falcons … earned a season-best time of 24:15.2 in the 6k at the Division III Mid-Atlantic Region XC Championships, finishing 75th overall and third for the Falcons … raced for the Falcons at the Middle Atlantic Conference XC Championships, contributing a time of 24:29.8 to cross the line in 35th place overall as the fourth Messiah finisher
2021 Season – Junior
Competed in six competitions for the Falcons … made four team-best finishes … earned a season-best 6K time of 23:31.9 at the Mike Woods Invitational (Oct. 2) … competed in the MAC Championships (6K), recording a time of 25:30.5 … competed in the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals (6K), finishing with a time of 25:36.9.
2020 Season – Sophomore
Competed in MAC virtual events … posted the third-best 5K time (18:38) in the conference.
2019 Season – Freshman
Finished fourth at the Messiah Invitational with a time of 25:08.0…Finished 28th at the
2019 MAC Cross Country Championships…Finished 117th at the
