2022-23 Season - Senior
Participated in 11 competitions for the Falcons … set indoor personal best times in the 5000m (19:30.57) and 3000m (11:10.94) … competed in both events at the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor T&F Championships, earning a top finish in the 5000m in 12th place with a time of 19:30.57 … finished in 18th place in the 3000m with a time of 11:10.94 … set an outdoor personal best in the 5000m (19:01.07) as well as season-best times in the 3000m steeplechase (12:29.32) and 1500m (5:11.62) … competed in the 3000m steeplechase at the Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor T&F Championships, finishing in 9th place with a time of 12:35.35.

2021 Season – Sophomore
Competed in six meets for the Falcons … Second Team All-MAC 3000m steeplechase (12:11.24) … earned new personal-best times in the 5000m (19:14.89) at the Messiah Multi/Invitational (Apr. 9) and the 1500m (5:10.82) at Lebanon Valley College (Apr. 17).
