2022-23 Season - Senior
Participated in 13 competitions for the Falcons … set indoor personal bests in the 5000m (19:42.14), 3000m (11:16.56), and Mile (5:41.75) … earned a top finish in the 5000m at the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor T&F Championships, finishing in 17th place with a time of 19:42.14 … also competed in the 3000m, finishing in 23th with a time of 11:16.56 … set an outdoor personal best in the 1500m (5:15.97) as well as a season-best time in the 19:49.84 … competed in the 5000m at the Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor T&F Championships, finishing in 22nd place with a time of 20:40.26.
2021 Season – Sophomore
Competed in four meets for the Falcons … earned new personal-best times in the 1500m (5:39.93) at the York College Twilight Meet (Apr. 1) and the 5000m (20:22.09) at the Messiah Multi/Invitational (Apr. 9).
2019-20 Season - Freshman
Competed in seven meets for the Falcons ... qualified for the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor Track & Field Championship in the 3000 ... finished sixth in the mile (5:49.71) at the Golden Wolves Rust Buster ... outdoor season was canceled due to COVID-19.
