2023-24 Season - Senior
Participated in 12 competitions for the Falcons … set indoor personal best marks in the 60m hurdles (9.60) and triple jump (9.61m) … finished in 5th place in the 60m hurdles at the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor T&F Championships … also finished in 16th place in the triple jump at Indoor MACs with a distance of 9.57m … set outdoor personal best marks in the 100m hurdles (15.69) and triple jump (9.87m) … earned a silver medal at the Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor T&F Championships in the 4x100m, running the opening leg to contribute to a school record time of 1:48.74 in 2nd place … earned two team points for the Falcons by finishing in 7th place in the 100m hurdles at Outdoor MACs in a time of 16.44 … also finished in 21st place in the triple jump at Outdoor MACs with a distance of 9.06m.

2022-23 Season - Junior
Participated in 15 competitions for the Falcons … set indoor personal bests in the 400m (1:07.10) and 60mH (9.70) as well as a season-best time in the 200m (29.19) … earned a placement of 9th on the All-Time Messiah Indoor Top Ten List in the 60mH … earned a bronze medal at the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor T&F Championships by running the third leg for the Falcons’ 4x200m relay, which finished in 3rd with a time of 1:47.62, the 2nd fastest in school history … also competed in the 60mH at Indoor MACs, finishing in 9th place in the preliminary round with a time of 9.71 … set outdoor personal best marks in the 100mH (15.73) and triple jump (9.73m) as well as season-best times in the 400mH (1:12.11) and 200m (28.52) … placed 8th in the final of the 100mH at the Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor T&F Championships with a time of 16.00 … competed in the 400mH at Outdoor MACs, finishing in 11th place in the preliminary round with a time of 1:12.11 … also competed in the triple jump, finishing in 20th place with a distance of 9.58m.

2021 Season – Freshman
Competed in six meets for the Falcons … earned new personal-best times in the 100m hurdles (16.54) at the Messiah Multi/Invitational (Apr. 10), the 100m (13.43) at Lebanon Valley College (Apr. 17), and the 400m hurdles (1:11.68) at the MAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships … also competed in the 100m hurdles at the MAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
