Participated in 13 competitions for the Falcons … set indoor personal best times in the 400m (1:04.20) and 200m (28.31) as well as a season-best time in the 60m hurdles (10.44) … earned three bronze medals at the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor T&F Championships with three 3rd place finishes in the 4x200m, 4x400m, and distance medley relays … split a time of 28.50 on the 4x200m relay to contribute to a team time of 1:47.93, the 3rd fastest in program history … also split a time of 64.1 on the 400m leg of the distance medley relay, contributing to a team time of 12:43.79 that stands as the 7th fastest in program history … split a personal best time of 1:04.17 on the 400m leadoff leg in the 4x400m relay, contributing to a team time of 4:14.30 … set an outdoor season-best time in the 400m hurdles (1:08.43) in the preliminary round of the Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor T&F Championships … finished in 5th place in the final at Outdoor MACs with a time of 1:08.50, earning four team points for the Falcons … also ran the third leg for the Falcons’ 4x400m relay at Outdoor MACs, splitting a time of 1:03.61 to contribute to a team finish in 9th with a time of 4:12.50.

2022-23 Season - First Year
Participated in 12 competitions for the Falcons … set indoor personal best times in the 400m (1:05.22) and 60mH (9.98) … participated in both events at the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor T&F Championships … finished in 13th place in the preliminary round of the 60mH with a time of 9.98 … finished in 17th place in the 400m with a time of 1:05.22 … set an outdoor personal best in the 400mH (1:08.19) as well as season-best times in the 400 (1:06.30) and 100mH (16.50) … placed 6th in the final of the 400mH at the Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor T&F Championships with a time of 1:08.19 … also competed in the 100mH at Outdoor MACs, finishing in 11th place in the preliminary round with a time of 16.50.
