2022-23 Season - Senior
Participated in 15 competitions for the Falcons … set an indoor personal best in the 5000m (19:47.61) as well as season-best times in the 3000m (11:21.91) and Mile (5:39.38) … competed in all three events at the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor T&F Championships, earning a top finish in the Mile in 15th place with a time of 5:50.01 … also finished in 24th in the 3000m with a time of 11:21.91 and in 25th in the 5000m with a time of 20:21.73 … ran outdoor personal best times in the 10,000m (40:22.89), 3000m (11:12.60), and 1500m (5:06.10) as well as a season-best in the 5000m (19:33.71) … earned a top finish in 10th in the 10,000m at the Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor T&F Championships with a time of 40:22.89 … also finished in 15th place in the 5000m at Outdoor MACs with a time of 19:33.71.

2021 Season – Sophomore
Competed in three meets for the Falcons … earned new personal-best times in the 5000m (19:20.78) at the Falcons First Chance Hexagonal (Mar. 19) and the 1500m (5:41.03) at the Messiah Multi/Invitational (Apr. 9).

2019-20 Season - Freshman
Competed in seven meets for the Falcons ... placed fifth in the 3000 (11:19.25) at the 2020 Frank Colden Invitational ... placed fourth in the mile (5:45.68) ... outdoor season was canceled due to COVID-19.
