2023-24 Season - Senior
Participated in five competitions for the Falcons while managing injury … set an indoor personal best mark in the triple jump (10.86m) as well as a season-best indoor time in the 400m (1:03.93) … earned a placement of 6th on the All-Time Indoor Top Ten list in the triple jump … unable to compete for the rest of the indoor season due to injury … set an outdoor personal best mark in the triple jump (11.34m) as well as a season-best outdoor time in the 400m (1:02.75) … earned a placement of 4th on the All-Time Outdoor Top Ten list in the triple jump … earned a silver medal at the Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor T&F Championships in the 4x100m, running the second leg to contribute to a school record time of 1:48.74 in 2nd place … earned a bronze medal in the triple jump at Outdoor MACs with a mark of 11.34m … also finished in 9th place as a part of the Falcons’ 4x400m relay team at Outdoor MACs, running the anchor leg for the Falcons in a time of 60.82.

2022-23 Season - Junior
Participated in 14 competitions for the Falcons … set an indoor personal best distance in the long jump (4.95m) as well as college-best indoor marks in the 400m (1:02.30), 200m (26.74), triple jump (10.83m) … earned two placements on the All-Time Messiah Indoor Top Ten List, placing 6th in the triple jump and 7th in the 200m … earned a gold medal at the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor T&F Championships, running the opening leg for the Falcons to contribute to a 1st place finishing time of 4:08.85 … also earned a bronze medal at Indoor MACs on the Falcons’ 4x200m relay team, running the anchor leg to contribute to a finishing time of 1:47.62, the second fastest time in school history … placed 4th in the triple jump at Indoor MACs with a mark of 10.83m … also competed in the 200m, finishing in 10th place with a time of 27.05 … earned a silver medal at the Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor T&F Championships, running the anchor leg for the Falcons’ 4x100m relay team … contributed to a 2nd place finish in the final with a time of 49.08 and the 2nd fastest time in school history with a time of 49.05 in the preliminary round … also earned a bronze medal at Outdoor MACs as a part of the Falcons’ 4x400m relay team,  running the anchor leg in a time of 1:00.57 to contribute to a season-best relay time of 4:04.77 … earned a 4th place finish in the triple jump with a distance of 11.06m at Outdoor MACs … finished in 12th place in the preliminary round of the 200m with a time of 26.75 … also finished in 16th place in the preliminary round of the 400m with a time of 1:02.40.

2021 Season – Freshman
Competed in four meets for the Falcons … earned new personal-best marks in the long jump (4.85m) at the Falcon First Chance Hexagonal (Mar. 19) and the triple jump (10.36m) at the Messiah Multi/Invitational.
