Participated in 12 competitions for the Falcons … set indoor personal best times in the 5000m (18:43.62), 3000m (10:58.36), and Mile (5:34.07) … mark in the 5000m stands as No. 9 all-time in program history … finished in ninth place in the 5000m at Indoor MACs with a time of 18:57.50 … also participated in the 3000m at Indoor MACs, finishing in 16th place with a time of 10:58.36 … set outdoor personal best marks in the 5000m (18:39.64), 10000m (38:47.44), and 1500m (5:21.48) … finished in sixth place in the 10000m at Outdoor MACs with a time of 40:21.87 … also finished in 10th place in the 5000m at Outdoor MACs in a time of 18:49.64. 

2023-24 Season - First Year
Participated in 11 competitions for the Falcons … set an indoor personal best time in the 5000m (19:44.72) as well as a season-best time in the 3000m (11:35.63) … participated in the 5000m at the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor T&F Championships, finishing in 17th place with a time of 20:10.70 … set an outdoor season-best time in the 5000m (19:58.18) at the York College Twilight Meet.
