Participated in five competitions for the Falcons during the indoor season while managing injury … set an indoor personal best time in the 200m (27.82) as well as season-best indoor marks in the 400m (1:02.60) and triple jump (9.59m) … earned two bronze medals at the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor T&F Championships in the 4x200m and 4x400m relays … ran the second leg for the Falcons’ 4x200m relay to contribute to a total time of 1:47.93 in 3rd, the 3rd-fastest in program history … split a time of 63.10 on the second leg for the Falcons in the 4x400m to contribute to a 3rd place finish with a time of 4:14.30 …also earned two team points for the Falcons at the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor T&F Championships in the 400m with a time of 1:02.60 … unable to compete during the outdoor season due to injury.

2022-23 Season - Sophomore
Participated in 14 competitions for the Falcons … set an indoor personal best in the 400m (1:01.97) as well as season-best indoor marks in the 60m (8.32) and triple jump (9.97m) … earned a gold medal at the Middle Atlantic Conference Indoor T&F Championships in the 4x400m relay, running the third leg for the Falcons en route to a 1st place finish with a time of 4:08.85 … also earned a bronze medal at Indoor MACs as the second runner for the Falcons’ 4x200m relay, which finished in 3rd with a time of 1:47.62, the 2nd fastest in school history … finished in 8th place in the 400m at Indoor MACs with a time of 1:02.02 … also competed in the 60m, finishing in 14th place in the preliminary round with a time of 8.34 … set a college-best time in the 400m (1:01.08) as well as a season-best mark in the triple jump (10.27m) during the outdoor season … earned a silver medal at the Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor T&F Championships in the 4x100m, running the second leg to contribute to the second fastest time in school history with times of 49.05 in the preliminary round and 49.08 in the final … earned a bronze medal as a part of the Falcons’ 4x400m relay team at Outdoor MACs, running the second leg and helping the Falcons to a season-best relay time of 4:04.77 … placed 9th in the preliminary round of the 400m at Outdoor MACs with a time of 1:01.32 … also competed in the triple jump at Outdoor MACs, finishing in 13th place with a mark of 10.12m.
